Kathy is a director and co-owner of Columbia Speech and Language Services, Inc., alongside Alisa Ferdinandi. With over 25 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to providing community-based rehabilitation for children, adolescents, and adults with communication challenges following traumatic brain injury. In addition, she works with school-aged children who have developmental speech and language disorders. Together with her colleague Karen Salamon, Kathy developed and leads a social communication group program for adults with brain injuries. She offers therapy services in clinic settings, virtually, and in clients’ homes.
