Our Team
Eleven speech-language pathologists (SLPs) contract their services to Columbia, in addition to company founder Wendy Duke. All SLPs are registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC), and are members of Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) and Speech and Hearing BC (SHBC).

After working as a consultant RSLP for Columbia for almost 25 years, Kathy is is now the co-owner and co-director of Columbia Speech and Language Services, Inc., with Alisa Ferdinandi.
Kathy works mostly in adult therapy (acquired brain injury rehabilitation). She has a particular interest in cognitive rehabilitation for the treatment of cognitive-language impairments in people with brain injury. Along with Karen Salamon, she has developed and runs the social communication group program for adults with brain injuries.
