Our Team
Fifteen speech-language pathologists (SLPs) contract their services to Columbia, in addition to company founder Wendy Duke. All SLPs are registered with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC (CSHBC), and are members of Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) and Speech and Hearing BC (SHBC).
Carlee Wilson, PhD, RSLP- Consultant Speech-Language Pathologist
Areas of practice: adult speech and/or articulation therapy, adult brain injury rehabilitation, aphasia therapy, children’s therapy

In completing her degree at the University of Alberta, Carlee discovered her passion for working with aphasia; however, she is also experienced with TBI, dysarthria and more. In addition, she is bilingual (French and English). She has taught a course in acquired language disorders for Professor Esther Kim at U of A, was a clinical lead at UBC’s 2022 Sea to Sky Aphasia Camp, and is also a member of our BC Aphasia Community of Practice.
Although she is most passionate about the adult population, Carlee is also happy to work with children and teens. Carlee sees clients in Columbia’s central Vancouver office. She also meets with a number of her clients virtually and can travel to various locations within the Fraser Health region! Please enquire with us for more information.
